So the basic gist of it is, I tried to get my green shulker box out of my enderchest and it just disappeared when I clicked it..poof..gone, I even tried re-logging.

That is very likely some client lag, or if server was under load, server lag. But its most likely still there on the floor where you tried taking it.

That shulker box is still M.I.A. and it had all my mending armor, my mending picks, my mending/infinity bow, all the enchant books i wanted to save
