Would it be okay to have both the stable and Inn moved? they are both inside the 31 block radius from the centre point.

Cant do it, thats 144,400 blocks, for each level. Assume 20 blocks in height = 2.8 millions blocks. That would crash the server.

Is their anyway I could grab a schematic of the wall and send that to ya instead of the whole radius thing? Im counting it with schemata should be around 40,000 blocks for just the wall and tower thingy.

Its still 144K blocks for each level for a radius of that level, schematica file is just a schematic the same as worldedit creates. I cant post anything in that big.

The ground level is technically at y=31, but I have a fancy rail thing beneath that in a corner. I can schematica that and part with it, if that would be more convenient for you.
