How long do you have to be off the server to lose all of your stuff?

You don't loose your stuff, but you do loose your rank and go back to guest group if you havent played for 1 month.

Due to the number of players and the huge amount of work, you probably wont be deleted for a very long time. Although the longer someone is away the greater chance of being deleted and their build area being regenerated.
