Here is a basic model of the standard behavior of many banned players. This model can be applied to many banned players, and can be used to predict future activity from a banned player.

It's easier to blame the little brother, as he is more immature than the one who is blaming him. At least thats how I see it.

Apparently the little brother is more mature considering the older bro is the one who got banned. Some logic for ya lol.
Then again your reason is exactly why they use that excuse.
